Our Core Values
Often you will hear all kinds of pitches from different AC companies talking about different things, but at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, rather than try to sell you on why you should do business with us, we thought it would be nice to share with you, what it is that drives us, helps us make our decisions and is our North Star, and that is to talk about our Core Values.
When we sat down to actually define our Core Values we started by looking at who our role models were. Who were our role models you may ask? Some great business leader, like Elon Musk or Steve Jobs? Maybe Bill Gates or some other uber successful person. Nope.
Our role models came from right inside our organization. The executive team and I sat down with a coach and made a list of people within our organization that we thought did a great job. We then discussed traits that they exhibited and from them wrote our Core Values out.
Our First Core Value is having a Win-Win-Win mindset.
In our business there are three parties to every transaction; the team member, the customer and the company. We believe every transaction must have a triple win. Our win-win-win philosophy comes from the 4 Rules of Management:
1. Create a happy work environment & happy employees
2. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
3. Earn a fair profit
4. Maintain a reasonable growth pattern to ensure our future stability
Any member of our team can use these four rules to help them in making a decision. If all three parties win, then it is a good thing.
From Andy Devine Ave You will want to turn east on Hualapai Mountain Rd and we are 1 mile up the street on the right side of the road.
