GOAL 1:

Create a quarterly meeting with all three Chambers of Mohave County.

OBJECTIVE:

1. Create a unified front and empower the Chambers to influence legislature.

GOAL 2:

Increase community awareness of the Chamber.

OBJECTIVE:

1. Heighten the Chamber’s image and the value of membership.
2. Increase community development, growth, and prosperity.

GOAL 3:

Review programs and events for effectiveness and value.

OBJECTIVE:

1. Use our resources including staff, board, and volunteers more efficiently.
2. Increase our target audience.
